WARRANTY, REPAIRS & RETURNS
All of our new and ex-display products come with a 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated).
All refurbished PC’s & laptops are supplied with 30 days warranty
Please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are happy with supplied equipment.
The warranty doesn’t cover faults caused by neglect, accident or wear & tear
Any attempt to carry out a repair on your own will make the warranty void. This includes changes or replacement to hardware parts and overclocking
If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period ( 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
If you wish to return any equipment within 7 days under the no quibble, not satisfied or equipment not suitable warranty, please call 02034174640. Note: Carriage costs are not refundable.As soon as we receive the equipment and check that everything has been returned in good working order, depending on your payment method either your credit card will be re-credited or a cheque will be raised and posted immediately.
Please be aware that if the equipment is incorrectly packed and transit damage arises we will not be in a position to offer a refund.
The product must be returned in a “new” like state. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the goods are not in this condition.
The product has not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
Should we be unable to supply an identical model you will be offered a comparable replacement or a full refund.
CTL’s warranty covers hardware only, NOT software. All PC’s & laptops are supplied with operating system (unless stated otherwise). In many cases the operating system is pre-installed and no disks are supplied. It is your responsibility to make a backup of your software & data as CTL cannot be held responsibile for any data loss or the need for reinstallation of software. If you need assistance in reinstalling your software, we will be only to happy to help, but it will be a CHARGEABLE item and the item will need to be returned to ou service centre in Richmond.
If you experience any problems outside of the warranty period please do not hesitate to call us. If we can help we will. We do not consider you a customer only until the warranty expires.
We won’t cancel or refund your order if:
– you failed to provide us proof of purchase
– product has been damaged due to neglect or improper use
– the 7 days period has expired
– product has been damaged due to unauthorised repair
Computer Trading Ltd shall not be held responsible neither for delays in delivery nor losses in profits as a consequence of late delivery.
Customer are obliged to inspect the goods upon delivery and inform Computer Trading IMMEDIATELY about any physical damage to the packaging or the product itself.
The risk of damage or loss of the goods will be passes to the customer after delivery.
